The government has Gazetted Statutory Instruments 244 of 2021 announcing the disbursement of public funds to political parties in 2021 in line with the ratio of votes each party garnered in 2018.
Zanu PF will get ZW$70.03 million and the MDC Alliance ZW$29.97m.
It has been widely speculated that this move will cause more drama in the ongoing war against the MDCA and MDC-T.
MDC-T is rumored to be the majority shareholder of MDC Alliance.
