Woman Brutally Beaten By The Police Narrates Horror Story

A woman from Epworth, Harare who was assaulted by police in 2018 has said that she is having a torrid time finding medication for her one-year-old son who has head challenges after he fell when his mother was being beaten.

She said the baby sustained head injuries and is not capable of seating or balancing his head as a result.

She said that when she went to the police to report her matter so that she can get medical attention, she was charged with insulting the police and the president but was eventually acquitted.

She also indicated that she has been in and out of the hospitals, without help as health caregivers are currently on strike.
