Vendor Brutally Beaten By Police Dies In Police Custody
The Harare vendor who was brutally assaulted by police a few days ago over the police’s own helmetgate scam has reportedly died while in police custody.
ZiMetro News is getting reports that Hilton Tafadzwa Tamangani died in police custody yesterday following the police beating.
Just been informed that one of the 11 vendors arrested and beaten by police at Robinson House has passed on last night at remand Prison due to the injuries sustained after they were denied medical access. @daddyhope @nelsonchamisa @zimlive @ZimEye @usembassyharare
