T Mula makes it on Africa Tech Fest panelists
South Africa-based businessman and artiste, Tapfuma “T Mula” Nzara, says he feels honoured after been selected to be one of the panellists of the Africa Tech Festival.
This year’s edition was held virtually and screened midweek on various platforms.
T Mula was amongst other African greats like Sandra Izsadore who is crowned the mother of Afrobeats.
She is popular for mentoring Fela Kuti.
Other panellists included Neo Lehana, Fabian Kuero, Dr Paul Azanre and Taz Nzara.
Speaking to H Metro Lifestyle & Entertainment, T Mula said:
“I feel honoured and humbled to have been selected to participate at this year’s edition of the Africa Tech Fest.
“This is a big festival and this surely meant a lot to me to be a panellist.
“Basically, we were discussing about how Afrobeats has broken on to the global scene and how it has impacted people globally.
“It’s a global breakthrough for African music and a lot of African artistes can benefit from it. ”

“These artistes have been working hard and investing in their brands and music and that is one reason it has managed to break on to the global scene.
“The African Tech Festival is the biggest tech festivals on the continent. Over the years it has been held in various African countries.”
Teen suffocates inside fuel tanker
A 19-YEAR-OLD from Pumula South in Bulawayo suffocated while his cousin was hospitalised after they went into a fuel tank to clean it in Kelvin North industrial site on Saturday.
