“Stay At Home & Don’t Be Intimidated”- Teachers Union Advises Members As STRIKE Gets Real
The Zimbabwe Teachers Union (Zimta) has advised its member to stay at home starting tomorrow as the teachers embark on a strike to protest against inadequate remuneration and an increase in the cost of living.
Zimta and the Progressive Teachers Union (PTUZ) announced last week that they will be embarking on industrial action starting tomorrow. In a notice to its members, Zimra advised its members not to be intimidated by the police and members of the Central Intelligence Organisation.
