PLANE FROM HARARE SUFFERS ENGINE FAILURE | An Airlink Avro RJ-85 airliner from Harare to Johannesburg suffered engine failure and was forced to make an emergency landing at O.R. Tambo International Airport yesterday.
The plane has four engines and upon assessing the damage and status of the aircraft, the crew chose to continue to Johannesburg where it landed safely under the power of its remaining two engines.
