Lula Lula Party Suspects in Court
The 16 Kuwadzana residents who were arrested during a reported lula lula party over the weekend were yesterday in court answering charges of soliciting for prostitution by submitting their names to an organised lula lula party.
Suspects Alexio Chibanda, Daniel Dhivala, Edward Kanengoni, Praisemore Makuni,
Trust Gumire, Spatisiwe Kufa, Samuel Makove, Paul Nhodza, Luis Zvenhasi, Mark Tafirenyika, Thokozani Tshuma, Lydia Nyakutsikwa, Moleen Mashangaidze, Shylet Simba, Loveness Zindi and Munashe Masawi, were not asked to plead when they appeared before Harare magistrate Tafadzwa Miti.
The court heard on Saturday that police received a tip off from the members of the public to the effect that there was a party dubbed lula lula Party, at 618 Monaghan Road, Tynwald South which is Ryan Mabva Mukononi’s place of residence.
The police officers then managed to locate the house, got in and found 16 accused people in one room. Some were naked, some half naked and when they were questioned about what they were doing, they failed to give a satisfactory explanation leading to their arrest.
Mukononi also appeared in court accused of facilitating prostitution as the party was hosted at his residence. He was released on $3000 bail.
The other 16 accused people are out on free bail and will be back in court today.

16 Nabbed At Kuwadzana Mjolo Party
Ten men and six women were arrested Saturday night at a mjolo party in Kuwadzana.
Some of the 16 people were caught by police having mjolo in a house owned by Reyn Mabva, 35, following a tip off.
The six ladies are Thokozani Tshuma, 24, Shylet Simba, Lucia Nyakutsikwa, 36, Loveness Zindi, 34, Sithatisiwe Kufa, 21.
