Kazembe Kazembe Spearheads Warriors Fundraising Dinner
The Fundraising dinner to mobilize funds for the Warriors’ AFCON 2019 campaign will be held at a hotel in Harare in the evening.
The dinner will be hosted by a committee led by acting Sports Minister Kazembe Kazembe, and its target is to raise US$500 000.
The event will take place Cresta Lodge in Harare, and a table of 10 people has been pegged at $5 000.
Mnangagwa is expected to headline the dinner, as a guest of honour.
Meanwhile, the Warriors are already in Egypt ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations finals starts on June 21.
The national team will play the host nation on the opening match-day of the tournament before facing Uganda five days later and DRC on the 30th of June.
