GEMMA ON WORN OUT VANS

Gemma Griffiths, who was trolled on social media after she recently appeared on stage wearing worn-out tennis shoes, says she will not lose sleep over cyber bullies.

GEMMA ON WORN OUT VANS

The diva, who endeared her-self with fans after featuring in Winky D’s hit song MuGarden, has been trending on social networks due to her dress code. Recently, she sent social media into overdrive after she appeared on stage with worn-out tennis shoes.

“It doesn’t bother me. Every-one is an individual, so if people always agreed on everything it wouldn’t make sense,” said Gemma.

Despite being trolled, Gemma insists that the shoes still have a sentimental value to her. “They were my favorite shoes. I bought them in a market in Tanzania as I’ve been traveling around Africa. “When you are on the road constantly, your main priority is on the people you are meeting, not on your shoes.

“It’s sad. I’ll have to say good-bye to them at some point, but I’m glad I’ve gotten a `Gemma has gone under fire on social media’ good life out of them,” she said.

People have taken to social media expressing mixed feelings as some think it was an attention-seeking stunt by the song-stress.

Others said she was just reckless and needed to spruce up her wardrobe considering her status.
