First Choice College Defies Government Regulations

Highfield-based First Choice College is reportedly defying Government’s order to suspend face to face lectures in academic institutions.

It is reported that the learners were advised to put on clothes so that they can attend lectures.

When H-Metro visited the learning institution the security showed hostility to everyone whom he did not recognise as a student or staff member.

Contacted for comment, an official at the premises only identified as Munemo threatened this reporter with unspecified action.

“You are wasting your time because I know your boss and I am sure that he is not aware that you are here. In fact you are embarrassing yourself and you are not getting any comment from us because it will be a waste of time since your boss will not let this story see the light of the day,” he said.

Added Munemo: “You better go because in the next five minutes you will be sorry.

“I have made a phone call and if you think am joking stay there.

“You are playing with fire, play with something which is safe. People like you need to be crippled,” he added.

Students who spoke to H-Metro on the basis of anonymity said:

“We are going to school from Monday to Saturday.

” If we do not attend classes, we will not catch up with others since the Principal said we are not going for a break and there is no turning back,” said another student.

Another added: “They said we should stop from wearing our traditional uniform because it will draw attention to the critics.

“You are not even allowed to wear even our schools tracksuit.

“Lessons start from 8am to 12pm then the other session start from 12pm to 4pm.”

While a close source said:

“It’s a strategy to make money at the expense of life.

“Several colleges are doing it Nicodemously.

“Students are going to school in their clothes.
