ED’s Bodyguards Airlifted To SA As Condition Becomes Critical

Two of President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s security aides who were injured last month following the White City Stadium grenade attack aimed at assassinating the President have been airlifted to South Africa for further treatment, their conditions is said to be critical.


According to reports, Vice-President Constantino Chiwenga yesterday confirmed that Vice-President Kembo Mohadi who got seriously injured in the attack is still hospitalized in South Africa, where he is undergoing physiotherapy, while Zanu PF national chairperson Oppah Muchunguri is back in the country and is recovering from home.

The tragic attack is still under investigation with several suspects questioned and released.
