Zim-SA Cross border buses collecting money first before telling passengers that their COVID-19 certificates are fake: Video.
There was drama in one of the Zimbabwe-South Africa cross border buses as the crew was accused of stealing money from passengers. They are not stealing the money directly but in a clever way involving COVID-19 schemes.
It is believed that cross border bus crews are deliberately collecting bus fairs first to passengers and later tell them that their COVID-19 certificates are fake. This was revealed in one of the videos that is making rounds on social media.
From the video which was recorded in an unknown bus, one of the bus crew is seen announcing to passenger coming from South Africa going to Zimbabwe that their COVID-19 certificates were fake and would not allow them to pass the border. Instead, they all would be quarantined for 21 days as per WHO requirements.
